Auction bid amounts
will only be accepted in the increments of US $1.00 bid amounts. No
change will be accepted. Example: $.02

Please make sure the
subject field has "Item #" listed. If not, we will not be able to place
your bid. Please do not list multiple items in one email.
Each item has their own email and we use this to track the items, etc.

You
must list your name on your bid. If there is no name listed in the
bid/email, it will not be accepted.

will do everything she can to help you.

Our policy and set of
rules prohibits falsifying or omitting your name, address, and/or
telephone number (including use of fax machines or disconnected
numbers). We are here to raise funds for Eskies that need our help.
In result of falsification, will automatically decline you from this
auction or future fundraisers and you will automatically forfeit the item(s) you have bid and won.

Winners of the items
on this auction will not be given out until the end of the auction. If
you want to remain anonymous, please state this in your final "Winning
Bid Email" sent out by a respected member of the Hope's Fund
committee. If you need to reach her for any

If you bid on an item,
you have just made a binding contract and "IF" you are the winner, you
must proceed with payment within seven days of closing of this auction
and stated in this set of auction rules by
www.hopesfund.com.

If you have a habit of
bidding and not paying for the auction item, it will go to the next
highest bidder. You name will be put onto a list of "DO NOT ACCEPT BIDS
FROM THIS PERSON" for any time that
www.hopesfund.com has an auction.

All auction payments
are to be sent in by a maximum seven day limit and absolutely no later
than ten days. If we don't receive payment within a ten day period, we
must give that auction prize to the next highest bidder after the ten
day mark has come up. If you get paid once a month, please let us know
when payment will be received. This is to ensure that the funds are
received in time to pay any vet bills currently incurred, etc. There
will be no exceptions , but they must be valid, otherwise if you feel
you cannot meet this deadline before you bid, thank you for your
interest, but we must have serious bidders only.

All auction items must
be mailed out in a timely fashion. We do ask that you do respect this
and mail them off in a seven day limit. If you aren't able to meet this
deadline, please contact Louise at
louise@snowbirdeskierescue.org and she will make arrangements with
you to send them to her or to Tracie Cobb so she can send them out in
the seven day limit.

rules, as we must have guidelines. If you feel that you are unable to
