Q: How do I receive help for my Eskie or four legged friend? A: Just send an email to info@hopesfund.com. You will need to provide information as to who you are, the name of your Eskie/four-legged friend, and the situation. You will need to provide as much information as possible as to what the situation is. It would also be helpful to list the name of your vet and their information. Sometimes we may need to call the vet and let them know we are going to be sending payment and we'll need to know where to send the payment to.
Q: Does the payment have to go directly to the vet? A: No, it doesn't. Some people prefer the payment go directly to the vet and some don't. Whatever your preference is.
Q: Do I have to provide an invoice for services rendered. A: Yes. Hope's Fund must be given a copy of the invoice/receipt. We have to keep track of where the money is going, for who, etc.
Q: How can I donate an item for Hope's Fund? A: Please send an email to donations@hopesfund.com. You must include a picture of the item you would like to donate with a full description of the item and the starting bid price. If that information is not listed, then it will be returned to you. This information is a must. |
